What's for Dinner

It's Thursday, it's kind of sunny, and I have a feeling today is gonna be a good day! Yesterday pushed me to the limits at work- I was this close to forgetting to reapply my lipstick. It was bad man. I am brimming with ideas for future projects and I can't wait to get started on them.. Tonight I will clean up the apartment and plan my grocery shopping for tomorrow. All very exciting...

Last night I was trying to think about which recipe I could share today and then I remembered a little thing I like to call Gorgonzola Heart Attack Awesome Sauce. It's super fast, super rich and super heavy. Enjoy.

Gorgonzola Heart Attack Awesome Sauce
A cup of gorgonzola chopped up
A cup of cream or milk
Salt and pepper
Dash of nutmeg
A little bit of butta (butter)

In a saucepan on low heat, add the milk or cream, let it warm up but not boil. Once warm, throw in the rest of the ingredients. The cheese should melt quite quickly. Whisk it all smooth and when it is all melted serve immediately. This is great over pasta.. Or even steak and potatoes. Oh yeah. I'm funny about blue cheese. I don't like blue cheese in its solid form. I was told as a kid that the blue stuff was mold and it kind of freaked me out. That and mashed potatoes. I cannot eat mashed potatoes. My dad and I share a deep deep dislike of mash. I'm wierd about certain textures. Sorry G.

So, 9 days until Paris and so much to do.. I cannot wait!
