Random Thoughts

This one goes out to my peeps stranded in the UK: Donna, Iris, Natalie and Kenny. I feel for you guys. Buy me presents. It's kind of like Gilligan's Island but they are on a business trip and they are on an Island but there are no coconuts but yeah. You know. This volcano is insane. Who knew? Facebook status updates have ranged from "Oh shucks. This is an inconvenience but I'll make the most out of it. Stiff upper lip and all" to "Feck you Iceland! Feck you and your stupid volcano!". It's unbelievable that this is happening. It just goes to show you how dependent we are on air travel. Europe's crippled.

It was a pretty chillaxed weekend. I went out for drinks on Friday. Watched a softball game that the Husband played in. Went home and put on my Dirndl (Austrian beer wench traditional outfit) and hit up the Steiermark fest- good wine and good company. Sunday was spent watching the marathon on TV followed by insane sewing. I made 2 dresses- I'm stoked. Pictures coming soon.
