Here's a simpler easy cream cheese recipe that I love. It's great as a dip or served on bread for parties... The colour is pretty too..

Jalapeno and Sundried Tomato Whipped Cream Cheese

1 tub philadephia
4-5 seeded and chopped up jalapenos
4-5 sun dried tomatoes chopped
half a cup of milk

Throw it all in a blender and blend until smoothe. That's it. Easy! You can adjust the quantities to taste.
