I burnt my gosh darn finger. I have a glue gun. I have no common sense. I'm feeling sorry for myself. But the good news is that I finished 3 Halloween projects I have been working on and I'm all like "Yay", I have accomplished something besides consuming 3,000 calories. I am sooo awesome (I originally spelled awesome wrong. I've been brought down a notch). The Husband and I bought a chest of drawers and he put it together. I finally have figured out the secret to a happy marriage. Don't try to help when building furniture. I swear to Jeebus that the two of us have threatened divorce over Ikea crap (read: me threatened, the Husband reaching for scotch). I don't read instructions, he does, nuff said. But I'm happy to say he finished the chest and I was able to watch Gremlins 2.
I won't go into Gremlins 2 because it hurts my heart. It's awful. I feel so dirty. Besides purchasing the chest, we checked out baby stuff. I have already kvetched on Facebook about the lack of black for babies but I'm just not digging the crap I saw. Ducks kind of scare me. They seem so wise.
Tomorrow I will upload a photo of one of my projects I finished. To keep me busy until I will unwillingly crap myself in 7 months, I will start a writing project. I thought of it while I watched Will and Grace at about 5 o'clock this morning. This show is still highlarious. So, I'm feeling confident that I will be able to keep myself busy. Also, once the gender of our spawn is known, I'll be ready to decorate the spawn's room. Angelina Ballerina for a girl child, or Calvin and Hobbes for a boy child. I know. I know. Calvin and Hobbes rock everybody's world.
