Coat Makeover

I've been working on this for quite a while. I saw a coat with a petticoat thing and thought it was adorable and I had this old H&M peacoat and then I was like, awesome, let's do this thing!

Crazy! I painted the buttons with acrylic paint. To make the petticoat, I took strands of tulle and sewed it onto a rough ribbon. Then I attached the ribbon to the inside of the coat. Yes, it took a while but I like the look. It's ballerina like and I'm not sure when I will ever wear it. Excelllent!
